Any such amendments will be effective upon posting on the hotel’s website or other communication channels, and members are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the hotel is located.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and the hotel with respect to the hotel membership and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
